Site Crash accessing design

    I tried to get into the design of this plugin (to modify colours etc) and got service not available. Third time I tried the whole site crashed and getting a 503 Service unavailable now. No access to cPanel or FTP unfortunately (not my site). I’ve asked if somebody can rename this plugin folder on the server to see whether WordPress springs back to life. I had previously been into the design without any issues. Known error? Shortage of server resources?

    Any information welcome.

    Hi,

    This problem needs FTP to detect, so if you can not access to cPanel or FTP, it is hard to detect.
