Site content not showing after updating 'Thesis openhook' plugin

I use the Thesis theme, and I wasn’t even using the ‘Thesis openhook’ plugin, but updating it to version 3.3.1 from version 2.3.2 caused all the content on my site to no longer show, except the blog title and the title of the main post. Here’s one of my sites for an example:

I’ve tried reinstalling Thesis, installing another theme, reinstalling the plugin, deactivating/activating the plugin, nothing seems to work :(.

Could someone please help suggest why this is happening?
