 * If you are not able to connect your website to Postrunner.com your hosting provider
   is blocking access to the xmlrpc.php file.
 * All you need to do is call your hosting company and ask them to allow access 
   to the xmlrpc.php file.
 * It is a normal file used by many plugins to communicate with your wordpress website.
