Sometimes when you update WP if there is a conflict with customized widgets (or those added by themes or plugins) then WP will deactivate those widgets (but they should still show up in your Aappearance>Widgets at the bottom). If this is the case you should be able to drag them back into the widget areas in which they belong.
If that isn’t the problem post back with some more details on exactly what was updated – WP? Your Theme? Some Plugins? more info will help us to help you better.

Thanks for the idea of checking the deactivated widgets.
I checked the inactive widgets and none of the widgets, either the facebook one or the Financing & leasing made simple is there.
Also for the picture gallery, the picture gallery is present and loaded on each page in the console yet does not show up on each page.
Any ideas?
Since that is a commercial theme or plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.
You should check with http://diythemes.com/forums/index.php Thesis has great support.
Also, try changing to twentysixteen theme and see if the picture gallery works.
