• I’m not sure what more to do. When I have the Oceanwp theme activated my site shows completely blank, however, if I deactivate it and activate a different theme everything is normal.

All of my stuff is up to date
I have unlimited storage on my host, in fact I have another site on the same host account that is running oceanwp just fine.
    My PHP is 7
I have tried deleting and re-installing the theme
I have tried installing the ocean fix customizer issue plugin
I have tried deactivating all plugins, the only thing that resolves it is when I deactivate oceanwp but I really want to use this theme!

    Nothing is working please help

  • Hello,

Can you link to the site with OceanWP theme enabled?

    this is the site, https://blumediacreates.com/

It’s very strange. Did you disable all the plugin except Ocean Extra to check for a possible plugin conflict?

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading and select Your latest posts. Now check your site.
It seems didn’t add any content in your home page, therefore, it is displaying black. Edit the home page and select default layout instead of the landing page or add some content on this page.

    I did disable all plugins.

I can try that however my homepage is set to static page. I don’t have any content set but I do have my menu set up and posted and the menu is not displaying either

so this seems to have fixed it, however i need my homepage as a static page.

I added text to my homepage and the text displays so I just need to add content i guess.

But my menu isn’t visible unless i have latest posts selected. How do I fix this?

Create a page under the Dashboard > Pages and select the default template instead of landing page. Now go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading and select created page from the home page dropdown.
Create a menu under the Dashboard > Appearance > Menus and assign it to the Main menu location.
