Support » Plugin: Cache Enabler » Site changes are not shown immediatly

  • Since a few weeks I see a new behavior when working on WordPress sites with cache enabler activated. When I change a site in the backend and want to see the preview I always get the old version of the site. I always have to refresh the browser cache with STRG + F5
Ok, I know this is a normal behavior, but why didn’t I had this before?
Its not a big deal to press STRG + F5 but I wonder why it worked before.
I saw this on different websites, als working with the OceanWP template an Elementor as editor.
    Anyone else can confirm this?

  • Are you experiencing this while logged in to your site as an admin or are you previewing your changes while logged out?

No, I had this during the work as admin.

Cache Enabler only delivers cached pages to logged out users. Have you installed any other plugins or changed any server-side settings that would affect your browser’s cache?
