SIte cannot load. Cannot access admin.

    Hi all,

    I was updating plugins on my site today (www.whatsonmyplate.net) when my computer started acting up so I had to restart my computer.

    Now my site won’t load AND i can’t even access http://whatsonmyplate.net/wp-admin/

    Any idea how to restore? I do have backups of my site but would prefer another solution as I just updated some content today and didn’t get to back up.
