 * After clicking the “Setup / Link Paypal” button I keep getting an error:
    This
   site can’t be reached connect.woocommerce.com took too long to respond.
 * Please help

   system report with me. You can find it by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get
   system report and then click Copy for support to be able to paste it in your 
   reply.
 * It would also be helpful if you could share a screenshot of the error message.
