# Site Architecture

 * My site cuts off off the rest of my posts after a certain amount. I understand
   that I can make 5, 10, or 15 posts present on the first page, but how can I at
   the bottom of the 1st page have a link to the rest of my older posts on a page
   2, and eventually page 3? I’ve read as much as I could about wordpress, but maybe
   I’m missing something. I just want my posts to be able to go and on and for there
   to be a “Continue on to Older Posts” at the bottom of 1st page.
 * I’m sure this is an easy mod, thank you for your time, though, it is much appreciated.

 * This must not be the default behavior in your theme then…hmm. Without having 
   a computer in front of me (as I am on a phone), check out the Default theme’s
   single.php file to see how it is done.

 * Nope, not that one!
    That’s for single posts that are long and need to be broken
   in multiple “pages”.
 * For multiple posts views like index, archives, categories you need this one:

 * Well, that theme does have prev/next navigation at the bottom of the page.
    If
   you didn’t mess around with the theme’s template files – it should work.

 * Well I have messed around with some of the template files to add google analytics,
   and to change the style of the pages so they were the right color and what not.
   I guess I broke part of the code in some way. Which PHP file do I need to add
   that code you referenced earlier to?

 * As I wrote there, you may want to add to index.php, archive.php, category.php–
   whichever you have.
