site and admin navigation problems

    The links on both my wordpress website and the admin tools do not work as they should. These links take me to my ISP’s list of files within that directory of wordpress.

    Some examples are:

    admin tool: view site
    website: catagories, archieves

    I am wondering if this is related to my database and that the urls do not have a forward slash at the end
