    Since you’re in the MutlSite forum, which means you’re using ONE WordPress install to run MULTIPLE sites, I’ll give you the ‘How to do that in MultiSite’ answer.

    1) Pick a domain to be the ‘master’ domain. All registrations etc will run through that, so if you have ‘users’ you let blog through you, the master domain will be what they log in to.

    2) On that domain, turn on multisite.

    3) Make a subsite called domainb (it can be subfolders or subdomains)

    4) Export/Import from domainb.com to domainb your subsite.

    5) Install a domain mapping plugin (like WPMU Domain Mapping)

    6) Point domainb.com to domaina.com

    7) Map the domain in WP

    8) Go for beers.
