Really hoping someone can help me out with this.
All the products in my online store of one-of-a-kind.
I have set it up so that buyers can only see a single item on the product page have also enabled the checkmark for Product Data–>Inventory–>Sold Individually: “Enable this to only allow one of this item to be bought in a single order”
After purchase, I thought the item would automatically be removed and listed as out of stock, but this does not seem to be the case!
I just had a customer purchase one item and then two hours purchase the same item again. This was a problem because I didn’t have more than one in stock and had to scramble and make another in a short period of time. .. And offer the client a full shipping rebate for the inconvenience.
Fortunately I’m a new store and the orders are slow, but I need to get this fixed ASAP and really unsure how to move forward.
Would really appreciate any tips or advice. Have a feeling that I have just missed selecting a single option somewhere, but after going through tons of support material and my entire dashboard have no idea where that would would be.
