Support » Plugin: All-in-One WP Migration » Single Table from Database Not Migrating

I’m using this plugin to backup the site. The database has one table that is simply called “users” while the others all start with “wp_” as the prefix. For some reason, this “users” table doesn’t seem to migrate along with the site but everything else does.

    Any help/solution for this?

    Hello,

What you are observing is the correct behavior. The plugin will only export tables that have the WordPress prefix.
    Why?
Multiple WordPress installs can be installed into one database – the only way to differentiate their tables is by using the prefix.
You can add a prefix to your other table or transfer it separately

Thank you for the quick reply. I suspected that it could be the intended behavior. Is there no workaround to add a specified table if one chooses? The table names were not under my control.

As of now, I’m backing that one up myself so it’s more of a convenience issue.

    Thank you.

I will discuss it with the team and we might be able to offer a way to include such tables in the export.
It will probably take a day or two before I get back to you with some solution
