 * It is possible to shut down from sidebar room availability on the room page? 
   We have an external booking system. The plugin for the room list and room template
   is perfect.

 * What do you mean for “shut down from sidebar”? A way to check the availability
   of a room from a widget maybe?
 * The next update will include an AJAX widget that will allow you to book a room
   directly from its page. Bypassing the listing page and going to the booking page
   directly.
 * Of course, in that way you will be able to filter the URL of the redirect. So
   you may redirect the user to a custom URL instead of the booking page.
 * It will be available very soon.
