 * I faced a issue with js on single product page while using formidable form to
   configuration product pricing, please advise?

   here might not know the answer to your questions. Additionally, debugging third-

   Perhaps try checking if your caching/performance plugins include a JavaScript
   minification feature. If so, then just try disabling it, that might help.
