Support » Plugin: WooCommerce » Single product page multiple images issue

  • Hello,

I have updated to the latest version of WordPress after that WoocCommerce single product gallery is not allowing me to upload multiple images. I am able to upload multiple images from media library but not from the single product gallery section.

I can only select one image at a time, then another image. So, one by one I am able to add instead of multiple file all to gather.

I have also check my system status report and everything is green over there.
Also tested using define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true ); as well and comes up with nothing.

Can you please suggest me some solution? So, I can select and upload multiple images for product gallery?

    Thanks,
    Group Of Oceninfo

  • you can add new images by using media “Add New”.
    1. you can add images by using Drop files here.
    2. you can select multiple images by using press “ctrl” key + Click mouse left key.

if any problem then can you give me admin details? i will check.

    Thank for your valuable reply

As I have mentioned above I am able to multi upload in media library so it define I know how to multi select but not able to upload under single product. As there is feature image section and another one is gallery. So, Under Product Gallery option when you click on Add product gallery images it’ll open up pop up.

Where as you have mentioned we can drag and drop images or we can also use Select files button and then you can go through your image drive and press ctrl key + A to select all the images but when I am performing any kind of selection it’s only selecting one image.

I think there is some other issue related WooCommerce files.

I have also checked using define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true ); it’s only giving me message like below

The Ultimate Redux Extensions Bundle! Attention Redux Developers! Due to popular demand, we are extending the availability of the Ultimate Redux Extension Bundle, which includes all of our extensions at over 40% off! Grab you’re copy today at URL

I think this is not related to multi upload issue, As I am able to upload via media library it’s also not issue related to file load or file permission
