  • Resolved LogoLogics

I encountered the following issue three times now, looks like it happens each time after there are updates. After that all images ( only ) for the single products no longer show up.

I provide the url’s below but I fixed it again so if you look now, the images are back.
After I updated my theme OceanWP and other plugins yesterday, they where all gone again.

After all the de-activating and re-activating stuff I found out those images are back as soon as I de-activate the order delivery plugin. I can then activate the plugin again and images stay…..until the next updates.

Any idea’s to solve this permanently?

  • I don’t know of an answer your question but I think it would be a good idea to hide your directory index, see here …

Add the following line to your .htaccess file.

    Options -Indexes

    Hth with something different!

    Done, thx for the tip!

    Hi Annie,

Thank you for providing us the URL of the products page.

From my understanding, the image of the product is not shown on the Product page for the provided product. I have even observed that the image of the variable product is not shown.

From our plugin, we do not do anything on the Product page. All the necessary files from our plugin are loaded only on the checkout page. I have observed there are some errors in the console. Can you please check on it and see whether the images of the products are loaded fine on the required product page?

Also, observed that the calendar on the checkout page is not displayed when the Delivery Date field is clicked.

Can you please try by switching the theme to default WordPress theme and check if the calendar works fine?

If switching to the default theme does not work then please deactivate all the active plugins on your site and check if it works fine and try activating the plugin one by one and check the conflicting plugin.

I have also observed some errors in the console on the checkout page. Can you please check on it.

If still, the calendar does not work on your site, then please create a ticket on tickets at tychesoftwares dot uservoice dot com with the URL of your website and the admin access of your site, so we can check the issue on your site

    Hello komal,

    Thanks for your help.

I did some more testing, because I noticed that every time I cleared cache, all worked fine again ( even with your plugin active ) until cache started building up.

    I had minify css on.
Now that I turned that off, all seems to go well so far, even after the cache has been build up again. If you do not hear from me again in this topic, seems to have found the real culprit!

Thanks for your time and wonderfull plugin!
