 * I am new here and probably this question has been asked previously but I just
   found out about your plugin which is highly rated.
 * That said, is it possible to add the same single blog post on websites that are
   not hosted by the same host provider?

 * This is not possible due to how much switching and database work is done during
   broadcasting.
 * Your best bet would be to merge the separate installs into a single network install.
