Thank you for creating and maintaining this great plugin – I am using it with joy.

But I am currently facing the issue, that only one single post (of a CPT) does not get indexed. Using the plugin’s own debugging feature, the plugin can read the post by it’s ID, but the index does not contain the post (empty box output). I tried relevanssi_index_doc in my functions.php as described in https://www.relevanssi.com/knowledge-base/debugging-indexing-problems/ without success.

Any idea? What can I do?

Does the post have any elements that include other posts, like a query loop shortcode? Something like that can make Relevanssi index the post contents under the wrong post ID. You can try to add a unique word to the post, save the post and then search for that word. What comes up?

The post includes no shortcodes, but other queries, of course — Like all posts have on this highly dynamic website. Here is the link: https://www.ofi.at/leistung/umweltsimulation

Relevanssi seems to be indexing the post fine. At least I see Relevanssi sees lots of custom field content. What makes you think Relevanssi is not indexing the post?

I can’t find the post in the search, but that may be related to the Jet search you’re using. Can you find the post when you search for the post title in the Relevanssi admin search (Dashboard > Admin search)?

Admin Search helped me to find the issue – Thank you. It was some compatibility issue with JetEngine / JetSmartFilters. Fixed by Crocoblock last week 🙂 Thank you for the support!
