# Single Post Problem

 * I have my page setup to display ONE full post on the options panel. I then show
   5 excerpts. Why does it only show one post whenever I do a search or list a category
   or archive? They all seem to default to whatever I have set for the main page.
   If I make it ten, they all show ten. Is there a way to have only one post show
   on the index but say 10 on the other? Thanks

 * That’s just the way it works.
 * I think one of these plugins allows you to change things around. I don’t know
   anything about them, though.
