single Post/Page edit permission assigned to role

    Is it possible to assign the permission to edit in backend a single page or post to a role (not single user)?

    Hi @maipiusenza

    Yes, you can create a custom role in Members and grant access to Edit Posts capability under Members → Roles → Your role → Posts group. Here is the screenshot for reference: https://share.cspf.co/BluQ7YxN
    This will allow users with you custom role to add posts.

    To add new pages, you’d need to grant access to Edit Pages capability under Pages group.

    No… I said “Single” post or page.
    I mean that a group can edit the “Page A” and another role can edit “Page B”.
    Is it possible?

    Unfortunately, there’s no capability for a single post or page. Adding it will require customization.
