# Single Plugin In Different Location

 * My website has a public side ([http://](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/single-plugin-in-different-location-1/?output_format=md))
   and a private side ([https://](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/single-plugin-in-different-location-1/?output_format=md)).
   As such wordpress is split between the two depending on what needs to be available
   to all and what needs extra security. Currently all of my plugins are on the 
   private side and most must remain there. One however, needs to be on the public
   side.
 * **Is there some way to get wordpress to look in a separate location for just 
   one of my plugins?**
 * I don’t want to change the default location for my plugins that I defined in 
   my config, just point to a specific location for the one.
