Single location shortcode conflict when using multiple attributes

    When I add the following shortcode to my post, it displays the title, address, map and distance, with the additional info below:

    [gmw_single_location additional_info="phone,email,website"]

    I only want to display the map along with the additional info, so added the elements attribute:

    [gmw_single_location elements="map" additional_info="phone,email,website"]

    However this not only gets rid of the title, address and distance, but the additional info no longer displays. Is it possible to only display the map along with the additional info?
