Single feature page not working

Hi,

I have installed the plugin and I seem to be able to add a feature, change an added feature from pending to published, etc.

However when I select the feature to view the single page it just stops.

Please advise, thank you.

Hey @nigelfish,

It looks like your theme or another plugin is covering the feature request page. Can you please run a conflict test and let me know what you find? See https://pluginconflict.com/?plugin=Simple%20Feature%20Requests.

Hi,

I have plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting installed and went into Troublshooting Mode with the Twenty Twenty theme active, and all plugins disabled except for Single Feature Request.

I then created a new feature request and it shows in the feature list.

However when I select this new feature in the feature list I get a “page not found”.

I am happy to send you privately a unique login link to our site (using plugin Temporary Login Without Password) so that you can test yourself.

@spellhammer i’m having the same problem. It seems the single feature page is not tied to a standard WordPress template or something.

Roadmap page works, but when clicking on the actual request, it shows what you see.

I found that when I disabled Elementor, Really Simple SSL, and W3 Total Cache, the page showed the standard WordPress template, so it seems like you have some plugin conflicts you might need to resolve with these big players.

Thanks for the additional feedback, and my apologies for the delay. We just pushed an update with a fix for this issue (based on what we saw when we replicated it locally). Can you please update and test it?
