Single event page issues

Great plugin. I have a few issues in single event page, though.

1. I cannot get Google Map to show. I am using custom theme and its footer.php has <?php wp_footer(); ?>.

2. Perhaps related to one above, I cannot get the footer to show, either.

3. The title of the event is not displayed.

4. I’d like to use full width and not show sidebar.
