Single entry view display problems

    WordPress 3.5.1
    Plugin version 3.4.

    I’m trying to get this set up for the first time. The directory view is working perfectly, but the single entry view does not. It displays the blue and white table format that gravity forms uses on the back end for viewing form entries. It does not seem to respond to changing from table to ul or dl displays.

    Any idea why this might be happening?
