Support » Theme: Fukasawa » Single column – pixelated images

    Hi,

    I have added some CSS to the WordPress Customiser so that the Fukasawa theme has just a single-column in the masonry display for a simple website:

    .posts .post-container {
    width: 100%;
    padding: 10px;
    overflow: hidden;
    }

    It works well and looks good for my purposes. The only issue is the theme seems to choose a scaled version of the “featured image” when using an “image” post, then the CSS scales it back up leading to pixelation.

    I’d be very grateful for a workaround.

    Many thanks!

    Hi @mwpmorris,

    The image size used in the post previews is set in the content.php file, so you’ll have to copy that file over to a child theme and change the image size (from post-thumb to post-image) in the child theme version of the file. There’s no way to change it without using a child theme, unfortunately.
