  • Pros : Nice package, works well

    Cons: In single booking mode, when you adjust the number of tickets, the price is not updated. If you apply a coupon, price is also not updated. The user sits there looking at the stupid single ticket price and won’t find out how much they are charged until they get a receipt. This is ludicrous. Also opened a ticket, no response. I paid for the pro version.

    In hindsight, I probably would not have purchased and continued searching for a better fit. I managed to get this working with some “custom coding” on my part as the support guys seem to like to suggest based on my searches in their pro support forum.

    Hi, support is something we take very seriously. We monitor our Pro support forums throughout the day, Monday-Friday.     @thinkshovels, as for your issue. There is a way to get people to see a price before booking via our multiple bookings mode. If you would like to get in touch via and provide your support thread url I’d like to explore as to why your question wasn’t answered if that’s the case.
