http://beta.zapchasti.kz/qa/ page lists all answers correctly, but when i try to view single answer it gives me 404.
There is not any single answer page created in AnsPress.
All answers are shown in single question page below question, as usual. And there is no reason to show answer alone in single page.

I am using latest anspress 2.1.2. Flushed permalinks settings, nothing help.

There is an option added in recent version where you can toggle permalink to old version style.
Simple go to AnsPress->options->general-> Show question permalink under base page (check it and save)
Now try.
Please try with 2.1.3.
Save flush the permalink option once if does not work.
