1. Plugin always set to Network Enable on all sites.
2. When updated to 2.0.3 and and going to Network Admin > Settings Redis and clicking “Enable Object Cache” Produces nothing, no error message, no screen message not even a browser refresh.

v2.0.5 should resolve the upgrade issues, or at the very least put an end to it in future upgrades. This is the related commit.
Existing installations will need to be fixed by hand, there is unfortunately no way to automate this.
Either press the “Enable Object Cache” button, or execute wp redis update-dropin or copy the object-cache.php file from /wp-content/plugins/redis-cache/includes/object-cache.php to /wp-content/object-cache.php.
