Since update, Disqus plugin not working, help!

Since I updated to the newest version of Hatch it has made my Disqus comments system plugin disappear. There is obviously a conflict between the theme and plugin, and it is to do with something that changed on the theme update.
Is there a trouble shooter for this? or solution? I need to get the plugin working again as its an integral part of the site. I have contacted the plug support who tell me its an issue with the theme and to contact you.
