Since latest updates 3.0

Since the last updates 3.0 and higher the plugin doesn’t work, or the few times it has worked badly, the question now is that it doesn’t send messages to telegram, not even going back to previous versions like 2.2.5 which was fine. I have configured everything well, the test message is sent without problems to the telegram channel, I do not know what to do, I have uninstalled a few times and reinstalled, I have cleaned caches of the web and nothing now no longer wants to work.
