# I'm fed up !

 * 2016 I give up! the plugin worked great in 2015 and since the last update; no
   need to make me believe that it works because I lost time to believe the statements
   of each other because it DOES NOT WORK. I uninstall!

 * I just downloaded and checked my last full backup as of 1/31/16 and it all looked
   fine. Hope you get this issue resolved.

 * Yet the size of my website is to 6Gb since December and “BackupWordpress” saved
   far only the blog directory. But since the update it backup all my Webspace ….

 * ok I just realized that there is a link ” exclusion ” to exclude folders from
   the backup.

 * I’m sorry for the trouble you had with the plugin – did you enable support to
   have us help you in fixing the issues you’re having? While the Zip I/O error 
   is affecting several users, I’ve been working with several folks within our support
   channels to help them utilize the plugin until the developers can get that fixed.
 * Again, I’m sorry for the problems you’ve experienced and wish you the best with
   your backup needs in moving forward.
