Hi there,

Newsletter plugin was working perfectly on all 4 our websites, until this Monday when all of a studden on all the websites we get the error:

SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting

Can you help urgently with this?

Hi, your provider i sprobably blocking the smtp connection, the full report of the error could help. If you use the internal Newsletter SMTP a test from the configuration panel should report more information.
