    I was good until 2 months ago. I am not sure what they have changed but i have all sorts of issue with displaying anything in a complex environment, with CDN, local cache and a lot of users rights and workflows.
    I had to return to an old version to get going.
    The issue is that I have lost a lot of business as we could not find out why our sales were dropping until we found that this plugins was not doing its only job… showing popups.

    Hi Icegram guys. my rating for you has dropped by 1 star.
    By the way, its been more than 24 hours, i have requested for support as a paid customer, and nothing has happened. Not even an email of acknowledgement. Your plugins is going straight to 3 stars soon and i even started looking for alternative.
