    Hello.

I’m using WooCommerce 4.8.0 and I installed your plugin.

When trying out a new test order, the order_id stays the same for the frontend and the admin panel.

Is it compatible with this version? I saw that the update was 8 months ago.
If so, where can I debug it?

    Hi @hekcis,

Thanks for writing to us about our plugin! I’m sorry to hear that the plugin isn’t working as expected. I am happy to help out here. 🙂

Our developers test the plugin with each WooCommerce release and ensure to update it if any changes are required. I double-checked locally and the plugin is working well with v4.8.0 of WooCommerce and the latest version of WordPress.

As a first troubleshooting step, I would recommend ruling out conflicts with your theme or another plugin. To do so, would you please temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty One and deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and Sequential Order Numbers and see if the issue persists?

    Thanks,
    Tamara 🙂
