Simply-Linked is dead. Is there a WP plugin to replace it?

I used to use the free tool Simply Linked (simply-linked.com), but is does not exist any longer. I will not bore you with how disappointed this made me.

Now I am looking for a way to add the same functionality to my WP posts.

For those of you that are not familiar with Simply Linked, of that are just curious what it is that I am looking for:
– I want to have a form in a post
– that enables visitors to add a link
– that is posted in the original post
– so that a list of links, generated by users, is visible for all

I used Simply Linked for a meme where I would ask users to write a story about a specific subject and then post that story on their own site. By adding their link to my list, everyone could visit their story.

I can’t seem to find a plugin that does that (creating a list of links in a post, by adding a form).

Any ideas? Suggestions?
