Simply "error". Anything else is displayed

This evening I tried to access to my website but all what I can see is a blank page where is written “error” and anymore.http://i50.tinypic.com/dgnmgj.jpg
If I try to go in admin panel I see the same thing.
What kind of error is this one?! What do I do?
