Simplr on multisite install

I’m not 100% is this is a simplr or a wpmu membership issue.
Having followed the advice from here :
http://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/membership-plugin-how-to-edit-registration-pages#post-429237I’ve setup a simplr+ reg page, which appears to register new users fine, but is throwing up an error when i list users within the dashboard.
“Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home4/iains/public_html/gamecity.org/wp-content/plugins/simplr-registration-form/simplr_reg_page.php on line 874”
I’m not using any custom fields, this is just as is.
Would really appreciate any advice 🙂
