 * Installed Simplify Commerce Plugin Update 1.0.1.
    Added the shipping Zones and
   Shipping Methods required
 * Proceeding to checkout, the cart shows but the new shipping changes do not and
   the Proceed to Checkout button dosent work at all..

 * Are we suppose to uninstall 1.0.0 the older version first?
    The new version install
   appears to be noted as “failed” folder already exist… Even the older version 
   is now not working.

 * Check and see in your plugins list if it already says version 1.0.1 and if it
   is then just activate it if it isn’t already.
