    Is this the simple membership plugin downloaded from the the WordPress.org plugins directory? If so you can get support from https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/simple-membership

    If that is not the correct plugin, but it is another one listed here, there will be link to the plugin’s support page on the plugin page. If it is a plugin downloaded from somewhere other than WordPress.org you will need to contact the author/vendor for support.
