    This is a great plugin with really good Premium features like the ability to arrange/sort the questions. I also really like the update on the dashboard. Thanks!
    A minor niggle… the toggle icons are too large for my theme. It would be good to have a way to easily adjust the size of these icons. I suspect it is possible to add some custom CSS to do this.
    One quibble, this plugin takes over my dashboard to nag me to leave feedback. It might be reasonable had I not already given feedback. This nag is a pain.
