# Simple text URL

 * Say I have a page at [http://domain.com/?page_id=262](http://domain.com/?page_id=262)
   as standard.
 * Now, I don’t want to change any other permalinks, I just want to have a link 
   like [http://domain.com/?p=name](http://domain.com/?p=name)
 * I’ve seen a few plugins etc, but nothing that I can find is up to date or suits
   that need.

 * You can still use the default link for the rest of your pages. Both the pretty
   one and the standard ones will work.
