Simple Social Plugin: Facebook- not working help.

I am not sure if this is a plugin issue, wordpress or both?

I am using the plugin “Social Media Feather”. For some odd reason, this week it has stopped responding when I click the Facebook icon to share it on facebook.

What should happen:
I will click on the icon, it will open a new window to direct the post to Facebook. Usually a thumbnail of photos used on that post will appear + blog post title + info written in the meta description box.

What happens now:
I will click on the icon, it will open a new window to direct the post to Facebook. The thumbnail is blank or has my website’s banner, no blog post title just http://www.amodachic.com (my blogs title) and no meta description.

It’s odd because I will click the twitter link and twitter understands to share that post..but not Facebook.

Can someone please assist? It’s really bothering me as Facebook is my prime source in sharing my blog posts with my viewers.
