 * I’ve got what I believe is a simple shipping configuration need, but the more
   I’m reading it seems I may need to upgrade to a table based shipping configuration?
 * I’ve basically got two different types of products that require shipping. I’d
   like to have just a standard “Flat Rate” price for each product type/group?
 * I’ve been playing around with “Shipping Classes” but can’t seem to get things
   to calculate correctly.
 * I guess the other caveat is that the “Flat Rate” is only good for up to a certain
   quantity of products. Is that logic going to force me to a table shipping configuration
   setting as well?

 * Hi there,
 * Thanks for reaching out.

 * You should be able to do this without Table Rate Shipping. You will need to create
   the two different Shipping Classes, add a Flat Rate Shipping method to each applicable
   Shipping Zone, and add the costs in your Flat Rate Shipping settings. I set this
   up on my test site so you could take a look.
 * First, I created two Shipping Classes for Large and Small Items. After I added
   a Flat Rate method to my zone, I edited it and assigned the costs here: [https://cld.wthms.co/0fIzVP](https://cld.wthms.co/0fIzVP)
 * Once this is done, you also need to assign each product to a class individually:

 * I’m not sure what you mean by it’s only good for a qty of products. You should
   be able to use Flat Rate for as many products as you’d like. Would you mind clarifying
   on this?
 * Thanks!
