simple set up instructions

I am new to this plug-in and WP Cerber Security and I don’t have much experience with the set up for it to scan. I am looking for some simple step by step set up instructions for a non-programmer.

I have had several issues with malicious files being put on my website and want to prevent it in the future. But I am a designer, and I am not knowledgeable enough to know how to set up the plug in
