Simple Question.. I hope

    Alright, so I am fairly new to WP and currently have a sidebar with custom HTML that includes some stats. I need to give a second party the ability to edit these stats without giving them access to the php file ‘sidebar.php’ – (I will be giving them admin access to the WP panel) –

    Is there a simple widget I can use that I can put html/css on?
