 * I just installed wordpress on my server.
 * wordpress.williamlayton.com
 * I ran in the install script wordpress.williamlayton.com/wp-admin/index.php but
   I can’t seem to find the home page.
 * Shouldn’t wordpress.williamlayton.com take me to my new wordpress home page?
 * Thanks in advance for your help.

    wordpress.williamlayton.com/wp-admin/install.php
 * also, you will likely need to remove host’s index.html file they have as a placeholder

 * The default index.html file was launching instead of index.php.
 * I deleted index.html and it works great.
