simple one button share

Does anyone know of a social media share plugin, that only show one share button on the post and when you click/hover this button the social media icons appear?

It seems as if most of the WP share plugins place the icons of media on the front. I’m making a clean/minimalistic site, and I don’t want anything messy 😉
