Simple new theme

    When I upgraded to WP2 yesterday my entire theme just borked loose. Anyhoo, maybe for the better cause I had to sit down and write a new theme for it.

    I’ve borrowed that sweet sliding menu from whitespace and jusp played around with it a bit.

    I have figured out by now that the words simple and minimalist generally mean a white page with black or grey text with little to no images at all.I’m not saying that’s bad, but it is getting old and boring right about now.

    Must simple and minimalist mean white? Must a theme be a simple white space with black text in order to focus on content? I think not?

    Anywho… your theme seems part Drunkey-Love and part Hemingway.Not bad, but not that great either.

    seems out of line on IE6 – the main content doesnt start untill the left menu ends…. or is this intentional?

    looking good at first glance, good work 🙂 navigation wont close though in Firefox and Safari on mac – and the little heart is a normal line in Firefox.. And if you intend to keep my code, please mention my name in footer 🙂
